If you cancel
Reservations will be accepted up to 6 months in advance. You can apply for cancellation by phone or email. Cancellation fee is from the day before to 100% / 3 days before 50% / 7 days before 20%. Please note. If you do not come after the check-in time, we may cancel your visit.
Can I pay by credit card?
We're sorry, but we don't accept credit cards. You can only pay by cash, PayPay or ALIPAY.
